These in person offerings were shown to me as I found naturally this was what was asked of me within the communities I’ve lived in. I organically found myself in service with the following offerings and why I now feel called to share.

My Journey

I began working with my subconscious mind at 12 through art therapy as a child. I was guided here after surviving childhood suicide. I have never been employed and I have been in business since I was 16, where I learned many skills in self sufficiency and accountability. Through my 20s I created a national franchise company and retired at 29, lost it all at 30. At this time my 10 year trauma bond ended. After my awakening, I chose inner union and cut out all distractions. I sat for a year in isolation. Finally to be still and fill the voids 1 by 1. My inner Union journey began where I healed my addiction to work, let go of control, healed my mother, father, sister, brother wounds. Brought my nervous system back to safety and rewired my brain. A 3 year commitment of celibacy as I reclaimed my life force and cleared my vessel. Guided back to Mother Earth exploring the magic she offers and becoming whole, returning home. I have explored not only the science but the the profound spiritual teachings the medicine of Mother Earth offers us, traveling 20 countries solo to explore the depths of my own spiritual nature with many deaths and rebirths.

Intro to Inner Union 

On this “Innerwork-shop we will be exploring our mother and father archetypes and creating a deeper understanding of the yous within you that are creating your subconscious daily behaviours. We will be exploring the psychological education behind the trauma responses many of us use daily keeping us in repeated cycles. 

We all know awareness is key, we will create change through education bringing a deeper understanding to create self awareness. 

If you are tired of the procrastination, the repeated cycles, the self abandonment, the people pleasing. Want to come home to yourself your body, fall in love with you become magnetic… feeling a sense of I am all I need and everything else is adding value to my life. A knowing of there is nothing I need that is not already within me. A feeling of safety, wholeness, union, join us for an intimate gathering. Optional shares, conversations, Q and A. We all have deep subconscious needs and not fulfilling them ourselves will have us in cycles of validation. How can we fill them if we don’t know what they are? Many of time getting that one subconscious need met we will sacrifice everything else for. Later finding problems within our life and relationships. Our brain likes familiar, it will naturally gravitate to where it’s been before. Our brain sees this as safe. What if how we have felt before wasn’t consciously safe?

When we begin to fulfill our unmet needs we learn values, boundaries, presence the more we grow we learn how to communicate calmly in truth from love in clarity. Knowing we will not be sent to our room, cancelled from a group or made fun of for having an opinion. We learn truth and stand in it. We begin to understand our triggers and bring awareness to create real time alchemy. Choosing our behaviours from love not a wound.

Many of us evolve on our journey exploring our multi dimensional selves and can struggle to ground and integrate our insightful learnings. Creating action and real change through psychological education.

I specialise in making the subconscious conscious through love and truth. Thanks to my dyslexia and creative nature I am skilled in simplifying our internal thoughts and emotions. I teach using various learning styles tailored to individual learning requirements to ensure we all learn “how we learn”.  

I am here to ensure your participants get the most from their journey with you and create lifelong change from the medicine you carry.

This retreat for you if you are ready to come into union with yourself. This will not just deepen the relationship you have with yourself but all your relations. Making the subconscious conscious. 

We talk so much about experiencing union with another but the truth is until we experience union with ourselves we cannot. 

Why? from when we are born to when we are 7 our brain is in a state of hypnosis. We record everything. Our brain isn’t yet developed to understand what is and isn’t about us. We tend to personalise as a child. As we grow into adults many of us are small children in adults bodies still running off this conditioning. We all just trying to get our subconscious needs met.

At this point from what we experienced, our blueprint worldview is formed. What I deserve, what I allow in relationships, how I feel about myself, what jobs I’ll go for. 

At some point in our life we get sick of our own shit. The procrastination, the repeated cycles, the self abandonment, the people pleasing. We want to come home to ourselves our body, fall in love with ourselves… feeling a sense of I am all I need and everything else is adding value to my life. A knowing of there is nothing I need that is not already within me. A feeling of safety, wholeness, union, truth. 

Once we have this we are able to conscious choose from love and not a wound and break the chain. We all have deep subconscious needs and not fulfilling them ourselves will have us in cycles of validation. Many of time getting that one subconscious need met we will sacrifice everything else for. Later finding problems within our relationships. Our brain likes familiar not love. It will naturally gravitate to where it’s been before. Our brain sees this as safe. What if how we have felt before wasn’t consciously safe? Many of times we can see red flags as green because that’s all our brain knows… until we undo. 

“When have I felt like this before? What  subconscious need an I trying to get met here? How can give that need to myself” - No external validation needed. Only then can we communicate our needs to those around us. 

Love - When we are not love, we do not love anyone, we love the subconscious need that they are fulfilling within us. Until we fulfil that need, can we ever really know what love truly is? 

Until we come into truth, the truth within us all. Are we really being authentic with others if we are not being authentic to ourselves? Who do they love? Is it me? Or is it the character I’m playing? … leaving us feeling disconnected. 

When we reach the stage of fulfilling our unmet needs we learn values, boundaries, integrity, presence the more we grow we learn how to communicate calmly confidently with love. Knowing we will not be sent to our room, cancelled from a group or made fun of for having an opinion. We learn truth and stand in it. We begin to understand our triggers and bring awareness to create real time alchemy. 

Our mother and father and theirs hold ancestral patterns. You are the chain breaker, you are where it stops.

You are the one who is creating a new lineage it’s you it’s always been you.
